When describing our programme(s) we have taken every effort to do this with honesty and accuracy. By enrolling on any of our programmes, there is an expectation that you accept, agree and commit to engaging with the content and materials. Just reading, watching or listening to the content of the programme(s) and not taking action will not support the aim of the programmes or your personal objectives.
Depending on the programme you enrol on, you may be asked to do some preparation work before-hand (pre-course work), during and after the final module. You are required to complete the activities asked of you and make sure to update relevant parts of the documentation as per the programme sequence.
Each participant will take ownership and responsibility for their actions and therefore their results. The specific outcomes for each person will vary depending on their circumstances and motivations.
We do not see any reason why you would ask for a refund but please be assured that if you do, we have a simple process in place.
Step 1 – let us know you would like a refund within 14 days of enrolling on the programme.
Step 2 – we will ask you to send us a copy of your completed Action Plan and other documentation that you will have completed by this stage along with an explanation of where you feel the programme did not deliver what we said it would.
Step 3 – we will try to find a workable solution with you but if we cannot, you will be refunded in full (minus PayPal fees).
We are fiercely proud of the way we look after each of our customers 🙂
